The hotel was located in a convenient spot near the town center, and we appreciated the free parking. The outdoor play area was also a nice feature for the kids. We enjoyed the mini-fridge and microwave in our room, which allowed us to store and heat up our snacks during our stay.
Unfortunately, our stay was not enjoyable. The beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. The room was not properly cleaned, as we found hair on the sheets and towels were not restocked during our stay. The room also had a musty smell and we had to open the windows to air it out. The pool and hot tub were dirty and not maintained. The noise level was high, with guests being loud and disruptive late into the night. We would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel was conveniently located near the hospital and other key locations. The staff was professional and helpful, offering us two complementary items during our stay. One of the advantages of staying in this hotel was the easy access to restaurants.
The room we booked wasn't available upon our arrival. We were offered a room with two full beds instead of the king room we had requested. We had to drag the rollaway bed up the stairs with no help and the room smelled like mold.

The location was convenient, being close to a good pub and a diner with delicious food. Two complementary facts offered were appreciated, as well as the comfortable rooms at a reasonable price.
The price point was slightly high considering the renovations that were still ongoing. The room assigned wasn't what we booked, and after the bed was missing, the front desk staff were not helpful. The moldy smell was unpleasant and the TV took some tinkering to get working.
